PCSO MAKES DRUG ARREST; METHAMPHETAMINE SEIZED
PUTNAM COUNTY, TN—In the early morning hours of Friday, April 10, 2026, the Putnam County
Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for failure to stop at a stop sign, near Tennessee
Avenue. As Deputies were approaching the car, they spotted the driver hiding what appeared to be a sy-
ringe.
The driver was identified as Randi Dodd, who had an outstanding warrant out of Rutherford County.
A search of Dodd’s car led to the discovery of approximately 6 ounces of meth concealed in a compart-
ment.
This case was worked in cooperation with Crossville Police Department.
Randi Dodd was transported to the Putnam County Jail and charged with Manufacture, Delivery, and
Sell of Methamphetamine. Dodd has a bond set at $65,000 and a court date of April 15, 2026.
