Warrants this week

These warrants are obtained through the Putnam County Circuit Court Clerk’s office and includes arrests from Algood, Cookeville, Baxter and Monterey police, the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, the Tennessee Highway Patrol and other local law enforcement agencies. Arrests do not always lead to conviction, as that is up to the courts to decide. You will also see bond or bail amounts listed, when available. Bail is money or property forfeited to the court if an accused individual fails to appear for trial. A judge makes the ultimate determination as to whether an individual can be released on bail and how much that bail amount is. A bond is an agreement between the court and a defendant that secures the release of the defendant before trial and includes several types, such as secured and unsecured bonds, partially-secured bonds, percentage bonds and surety bonds. A judge makes the ultimate determination of what terms are outlined in the bond agreement. Each amount differs by jurisdiction. George Edwards, 29, homeless, was arrested by CPD and charged with public intoxication May 4, 7 and 9. Cash bond of $351.50 for each charge was set and he is to appear in court June 8.

Andrew Weatherby, 34, of Chattanooga, was arrested by CPD and charged with public intoxication May 4. Cash bond was set at $351.50 and he is to appear in court June 8.

Kyle James Cook, 36, of Baxter, was arrested by CPD and charged with theft of property May 2. Bond was set at $2,000 and he is to appear in court June 8.

Santiago Nicolas, 38, of Cookeville, was arrested by CPD and charged with public intoxication May 5. Cash bond was set at $351.50 and he is to appear in court June 8.

Loretta Bowman, 43, of Crawford, was arrested by CPD and charged with manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of methamphetamine; simple possession of Schedule 3; and drug paraphernalia May 4. No bail/bond information or court date is available.

Kelly Tetreault, 36, of Cookeville, was arrested by CPD and charged with violation of order of protection May 4. No bail/bond information or court date is available.

Jason D. Bilbrey, 46, of Monterey, was arrested by Monterey Police and charged with criminal trespass May 6. Bail was set at $250 and he is to appear in court June 15.

Thomas E. Bohannon, 52, of Cookeville, was arrested by PCSO and charged with public intoxication May 6. Bail was set at $351.50 and he is to appear in court June 8. He was also arrested again by CPD and charged with public intoxication May 8. Bail was set at $351.50 and he is to appear in court June 8.

Leland Trent Johnson, 35, of Cookeville, was arrested by THP and charged with 4th DUI, implied consent, due care, ignition interlock devices, financial responsibility and simple possession May 1. Bail was set at total $51,750 and he is to appear in court May 20.

Arshon D. Jackson, 24, of Madison, was arrested by PCSO and charged with manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of methamphetamine; no physical license; improper seatbelt; window tint and failure to maintain May 6. Bail was set at $55,000 and he is to appear in court June 8.

Tynerick D. Turner, 25, of Nashville, was arrested by PCSO and charged with manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of methamphetamine May 6. Bail was set at $55,000 and he is to appear in court June 8.

Marty Lee Flatt, 45, of Gainesboro, was arrested by PCSO and charged with tampering or fabricating evidence, manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of methamphetamine and simple possession marijuana May 7. Bail was set at $92,500 and he is to appear in court June 8.

Stephanie Compton, 50, of Cookeville, was arrested by CPD and charged with possession of methamphetamine and driving while license suspended May 5. No bail/bond information or court date was available.

Kalie C. Buckley, 29, of Baxter, was arrested by PCSO and charged with drug paraphernalia and attempted aggravated child neglect May 4. Bail was set at $100,000 and she is to appear in court June 8.

Trace Kolton Compton, 22, of Kansas, was arrested by PCSO and charged with driving under the influence, implied consent, open container law, possession of firearm while under the influence and reckless endangerment May 3. No bond/bail information or court date was available.

Frank Gavin Ray, 28, of Cookeville, was arrested by PCSO and charged with domestic assault May 7. Bond was set at $3,000 and he is to appear in court June 8.

Ashley C. Gunter, 33, of Murfreesboro, was arrested by CPD and charged with suspended driver license May 6. Bail was set at $1,000 and she is to appear in court June 8.

Thomas B. Crosslin, 35, of Cookeville, was arrested by CPD and charged with manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of methamphetamine; manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of fentanyl and cocaine; introduction of contraband into a penal institution and possession of drug paraphernalia May 2. Bail was set at $240,500 and he is to appear in court June 1. 

Heather Lynn Bowman, 32, of Cookeville, was arrested by CPD and charged with theft of property May 3. Bond was set at $3,000 and she is to appear in court June 8.

Michael Allan Fisher, 33, of Cookeville, was arrested by THP and charged with driving under the influence May 8. Bail was set at $1,500 and he is to appear in court June 26.

Tommy R. Hammons, 39, of Cookeville, was arrested by CPD and charged with criminal trespass May 5. Bail was set at $350 and he is to appear in court June 8. He was again arrested by CPD and charged with evading arrest May 11. Bail was set at $1,000 on that charge and he is to appear in court June 15.

Cody Skinner, 29, of Cookeville, was arrested by CPD and charged with public intoxication May 4, Bail was set at $351.50 and he is to appear in court June 8.

Madison K. Gentry, 23, of Cookeville, was arrested by CPD and charged with driving under the influence May 5. Bail was set at $3,100 and she is to appear in court June 8.

Aizley E. Turner, 24, of Baxter, was arrested by PCSO and charged with aggravated burglary May 5. Bail was set at $15,000 and she is to appear in court June 15. 

John Florea, 37, of Cookeville, was arrested by PCSO and charged with public intoxication, resisting stop, frisk, halt, arrest or search, open container and failure to maintain lane May 3. Bail was set at $3,851.50 and he is to appear in court June 8.

Wyatt Donovan Yancey, 21, of Helenwood, TN, was arrested by THP and charged with evading arrest, reckless driving, speeding, lane splitting, registration expired and obedience to traffic control device (stop sign) May 3. Bail was set at $15,400 and he is to appear in court June 1.

Nery Miranda-Bravo, 35, of Monterey, was arrested by Monterey Police and charged with domestic assault May 6. Bail was set at $5,000 and he is to appear in court June 8.

Lionel Morris, 35, of Cookeville, was arrested by CPD and charged with aggravated domestic assault May 6. Bail was set at $45,500 and he is to appear in court June 15.

Nathan E. Smith, 42, of Cookeville, was arrested by CPD and charged with driving on a suspended driver license, falsifying plates and driving an unregistered vehicle May 8. Bail was set at $12,000 and he is to appear in court June 8.

Troy William Vaughn, 20, of Allons, was arrested by Algood Police and charged with second DUI and driving without interlock device May 7. Bail was set at $3,000 and he is to appear in court June 8.

German I Meza Jr., age unknown, of Mississippi, was arrested by CPD and charged with public intoxication May 3. Bail/bond information and a court date was not available.

Frederick Jermaine Vance, age unknown, was arrested by CPD and charged with public intoxication May 3. Bond/bail information and court date was not available.

Connor G. Bishop, age unknown, of Monterey, was arrested by CPD and charged with public intoxication May 2. Bond/bail information and court date was not available.

Carol Knauss, age unknown, of Cookeville, was arrested by CPD and charged with disorderly conduct May 5. Bail was set at $350 and she is to appear in court June 8.

Russell A. Cox Jr., 29, of Baxter, was arrested by PCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine May 4. Bail was set at $2,500 and he is to appear in court June 8.

Tammy Peters, 44, homeless, was arrested by CPD and charged with public intoxication May 9. Bail was set at $352 and she is to appear in court June 8.

Alan Stacy, 51, homeless, was arrested by CPD and charged with criminal trespass May 9. Bail was set at $350 and he is to appear in court June 8.

Sharod Jones, 26, homeless, was arrested by CPD and charged with public intoxication May 9. Cash bond of $350 was posted and he is to appear in court June 8.

Daniel D. Clark, 37, homeless, was arrested by CPD and charged with public intoxication May 9. Cash bond of $351.50 was posted and he is to appear in court June 8.

Johnathan Randolf Russ, 44, of Missouri, was arrested by THP and charged with DUI (second), implied consent and open container May 11. Bail was set at $4,500 and he is to appear in court July 24.

Ricky Garrett Lee, 56, of Memphis, was arrested by the PCSO and charged with public intoxication and indecent exposure May 11. Bail was set at $851.50 and he is to appear in court June 15.

Beshoy S. Farag, 21, of Cookeville, was arrested by CPD and charged with aggravated assault and violation of condition of release May 11. Bail was set at $70,000 and he is to appear in court June 15.

Bradley Ray Tucker, 24, of Cookeville, was arrested by the PCSO and charged with violating order of protection May 7. Bond was set at $5,000 and he is to appear in court June 8.

Shanan R. Francis, 41, of Cookeville, was arrested by CPD and charged with driving under the influence and implied consent May 10. Bail was set at $3,000 and she is to appear in court June 8.

Camrick L. Smith-Wright, 24, of Kentucky, was arrested by CPD and charged with public intoxication May 9. Bail was set at $352 and he is to appear in court June 8.

John T. Land, 24, of Decherd, was arrested by CPD and charged with public intoxication May 9. Bail was set at $352 and he is to appear in court June 8.

Maxwell Cole, 22, of Crossville, was arrested by CPD and charged with domestic assault – intimidation and aggravated criminal trespass May 9. Bail was set at $2,500 and he is to appear in court June 8.

Angela M. Sanchez, 35, of Cookeville, was arrested by CPD and charged with driving under the influence May 10. Bail was set at $2,000 and she is to appear in court June 8.

Patrick W. Yoder, 58, of Cookeville, was arrested by CPD and charged with domestic assault May 8. Bail was set at $5,000 and he is to appear in court June 8.

Mark E. Hancock, 44, homeless, was arrested by the PCSO and charged with criminal trespass May 11. Bail was set at $1,500 and he is to appear in court June 22.

Craig W. Davis, 55, of Cookeville, was arrested by PCSO and charged with violation of an order of protection May 10. Bail and court information was not available.

Stephen D. Pyles, 52, of Monterey, was arrested by Monterey Police and charged with two counts of tampering with or fabricating evidence, possession of methamphetamines while driving, possession of drug paraphernalia and manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of methamphetamine May 11. Bail and court information was not available.

Christopher Lee Burton, 39, of Baxter, was arrested by the PCSO and charged with domestic assault May 8. Bail was set at $10,000 and he is to appear in court June 8.

Christopher J. Owens, 23, of Kentucky, was arrested by CPD and charged with public intoxication May 9. Bail was set at $352.09 and he is to appear in court June 8.

Michael Ray Toston Jr., 36, of Mississippi, was arrested by CPD and charged with driving on a suspended driver license, simple possession, one way roads and rotary traffic islands and falsification of results of a drug test May 9. Bail was set at $11,000 and he is to appear in court June 8.

Shaman Anderson Lee Light Jr., 21, of South Carolina, was arrested by Monterey Police and charged with fugitive from justice and driving on a suspended driver license May 9. Bail was set at $500 for the suspended license but is being held without bond for the fugitive from justice charge. He is to appear in court June 8.

Elder Eduardo Perez-Tohom, 22, of Crossville, was arrested by the PCSO and charged with no driver license May 10. Bail was set at $10,000 and he is to appear in court June 8.

Michael K. Thomas, 41, of Crossville, was arrested by the PCSO and charged with driving while license revoked May 9. Bail was set at $2,000 and he is to appear in court June 8.

Carlos Velasco-Carmelo, 21, of Cookeville, was arrested by CPD and charged with public intoxication May 10. Bail was set at $352 and he is to appear in court June 8.

Carl Allen Bolin, 68, of New Mexico, was arrested by CPD and charged with public intoxication, simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia May 9. Bail was set at $6,352 and he is to appear in court June 8.

Timothy W. Davenport, 41, of Lebanon, was arrested by PCSO and charged with DUI (2nd), implied consent and use of safety belt May 8. Bail was set at $10,000 and he is to appear in court June 8.

Mitchell Falcon, 37, of Cookeville, was arrested by CPD and charged with altering, falsifying or forging evidence of title, driving while license suspended and driving unregistered vehicle May 10. Total bail was set at $7,500 and he is to appear in court June 15.

Rhett James Bradley, 35, of Baxter, was arrested by PCSO and charged with violation of an order of protection or restraining order May 9. Bail was set at $30,000 and he is to appear in court June 8.

Jessica Fenner, 35, of Cookeville, was arrested by CPD and charged with two counts of domestic assault May 9. Bail was set at $5,000 and she is to appear in court June 8.

Kisha D. Goins, 40, of Cookeville, was arrested by CPD and charged with public intoxication and resisting arrest May 10. Bail was set at $5,352 and she is to appear in court June 8.

Robert Brian Houston, 53, of Crossville, was arrested by the THP and charged with violation of order of protection May 12. Bail was set at $5,000 and he is to appear in court July 24.
