Provision Realty Group marks first anniversary

According to the company, Provision Realty Group has surpassed $29 million in sales and served 77 families so far in 2026. The brokerage has also grown to seven agents and expanded its presence beyond the Upper Cumberland into Greater Nashville and East Tennessee.
Broker and owner Sabrina Brazle founded Provision Realty Group after establishing herself as a top-producing real estate professional in the Upper Cumberland. Her vision was to create a brokerage focused on professional excellence, individualized agent development and relationship-driven client service.
“I wanted to create the kind of company I wished existed, one where agents are genuinely supported without being expected to fit into one predetermined mold,” Brazle said.
Throughout its first year, Provision Realty Group has built its business primarily through repeat clients, referrals, professional relationships and word of mouth. Brazle said the company’s growth has reinforced its commitment to maintaining a personal approach as its reach expands.
As Provision Realty Group enters its second year, the brokerage plans to continue investing in technology, marketing and resources for its agents while strengthening its presence across the markets it serves.
“Growth for us isn’t about getting bigger simply for the sake of being bigger,” Brazle said. “It’s about increasing our capabilities, expanding our expertise and continually finding better ways to serve our clients.”
