PCSO AND TBI JOINT INVESTIGATION LEADS TO PROSTITUTION ARREST

PUTNAM COUNTY, TN-After months of investigation by the Putnam County Sheriff's Office
(PCSO) and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI), a search warrant was executed at 1791 N Washington Avenue in Cookeville, TN on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at approximately 11 AM.
Two individuals were taken into custody, and $1,104.51 was seized as a result of the search warrant.
During the investigation, PCSO Investigators and TBI Special Agents were able to use techniques to confirm that there were illegal commercial prostitution acts being offered at the business, "Joy An Spa."
Yajing Yang was arrested and charged with Impersonation of a Licensed Professional with a bond set at $11,000. Yang also has an ICE hold.
Lifang Yeng was charged with Prostitution, Promoting Prostitution, and Impersonation of a Licensed Professional with a bond set at $32,500.
